Our certified security technicians monitor and manage the health and performance of your intrusion prevention and intrusion detection system around the clock. They analyze appliance logs and review intrusion detection system events to quickly identify and alert you to any impending danger. When your intrusion detection system identifies threats, changes to your integrated appliance are promptly implemented per your direction.
Managed Services Customer Portal
This secure portal gives your IT staff real-time access to the most important information regarding your security management profile: intrusion detection system alerts and monitoring, device status and policy change requests and tracking. |
Security Operations Centers (SOCs)
Our security technicians operate out of our state-of-the-art, physically hardened SOCs. These centers provide the highly available, secure and redundant environments necessary to monitor and manage your mission-critical systems and integrated security appliances.
X-Force Protection System
This proprietary technology collects data from your intrusion detection system logs and converts the data into a normalized stream of events so it can be prioritized using advanced correlation.
Data Back-up & Restoration
Your intrusion detection system log data is accessible to you for 60 days from our customer portal. After that time, the intrusion detection system log data is archived using physical back-up media. These archives are available for restoration use for a specific timeframe defined by your SLA. |
