NTT Communications performs 24×7x365 Global IP Network monitoring at our state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) in Dallas, Texas.

Our NOC provides:

• Around-the-clock monitoring, performance and traffic management
• Real-time network status to Verio Customer Care and, should there be a problem, works with NTT Communications Customer Care to ensure fast, highly responsive problem resolution
• Real-time alarming, event correlation, forecasting and notifications of network events to the National Network
• Constantly monitored and upgraded network technology – whenever and wherever appropriate, utilizing NTT Communications’ national engineering group
